In the kitchen, as in the rest of the sections in the hotel, we are a small team, which allows us to work as if we were at home. We plant our own vegetables in the garden, and choose the best products according to the season. I prepare different dishes for dinner every night, depending on which ingredients are the best at a specific time.
At Buenavista we offer breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is very varied and, taking into account that some guests who are on holiday wish to eat breakfast late, it is served until 11 (almost turning into brunch).
Our cuisine is, like the hotel itself, a mixture of novelty and tradition, and it is prepared with loving care. I expect our customers to enjoy it at our restaurant tables.
